Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Industrial Supporting Services division.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and meet revenue targets.
- Oversee the delivery of various supporting services, including equipment maintenance and repair, supply chain management, industrial automation, safety and compliance, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to stay at the forefront of the industry.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to drive their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Management) is preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the industrial supporting services industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of industrial operations, equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and related processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies, drive growth, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
