Responsibilities

    • Oversee the delivery of various supporting services, including equipment maintenance and repair, supply chain management, industrial automation, safety and compliance, and energy efficiency.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to stay at the forefront of the industry.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to drive their professional development.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Management) is preferred
    • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the industrial supporting services industry.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of industrial operations, equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and related processes.
