Responsibilities

    • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.
    • Ensure adherence to accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance controls, and improve overall financial performance.
    • Conduct periodic audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
    • Stay updated on evolving accounting standards and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team and contribute to the development of business strategies.
    • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA certification is mandatory.
    • Proven experience as a Certified Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work with complex financial data.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
